You might have to manually input any Mac and Linux machines, though. It has a summary page that gives an overview of alerts about hardware and software. It also has a built-in Helpdesk to assist administrators in dealing with trouble ticket concerns. Although Spiceworks looks like an all-in-one networking management solution, it has one serious limitation: it lacks network diagnostic tools. However, with all its features, ease of use, availability for free, there’s no denying that Spiceworks is a great package.
