Sony Vaio VGC-RM1 Reviews

Summary of review published by VideoMaker — May, 2007

The first Blu-ray Disc burner-equipped computer, this can very well be considered a ground-breaking piece of machinery. The first machine to have been shipped in with Windows Vista, it does have its rough edges and problems with the codec - HDV footage on a burned CD either lacked audio or wouldn’t play at all - leaves one wanting at the threshold. There was a whole plethora of software included in the package but the reviewer eventually ran into some problems with Premier Pro. The Vaio is considered by the reviewer as a highly innovative computer design, with an unquestionably useful operating system.
Pros:
-A design that stands out, very flexible
-Terrific performance
-Its Blue-ray disc burning capabilities
Cons:
-Premiere Pro inconsistencies
