Samsung BlackJack II Reviews

Summary of review published by PC Magazine — April, 2008

Samsung’s BlackJack II greatly improved on its predecessor. It now has a 2 megapixel camera, built-in GPS radio with optional TeleNav navigator, and compatibility with AT&T’s Video Share service. Inside, the processor speed has increased, the RAM has been doubled, and the battery capacity is higher. Although the screen is larger, it maintains the same 320 by 240 pixel resolution, 65k color support and brightness. The reviewer tested the voice quality and found that it’s good over 3G networks, but not so much over GSM networks. Despite its imperfections, the reviewer still thinks that it is a worthy upgrade and a faster alternative to the Blackberry Curve 8310.
Pros:
-Elegant design
-Improved QWERTY keypad
-Good voice quality
-Fast 3G connection
-Long battery life
Cons:
-No Wi-Fi
-Windows Mobile 6 is slow
-Below par camera
