Palm Treo 700w Reviews

Summary of review published by Smartphone & Pocket PC — August, 2007

January of 2006 saw the release of Palm's first Windows Mobile device, the Treo 700w. Included in the package was a customized Today screen which improved usability, giving users the freedom of one-handed operation. Also, it has a QWERTY keyboard for easy text entry, and includes Microsoft Office Suite with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Mobile for the on-the-go professionals. The 700w runs on the EV-DO wireless broadband Internet network. Among the weaknesses of this phone is its small 2.5” screen, with a meager resolution of 240x240. Aside from that, it’s thicker at 0.9" and heavier than phones in this market.
