Reviewed on a Zodiac, Novarra's nweb web browser features standards-compliant browsing, complete with animated GIF, JPEG, PNG and cookie support, as well as concise layout and multiple view support. Views include Handheld, which formats articles in one long column for continuous scrolling; Desktop view, which resembles a home PC, with vertical/horizontal scroll bars; Zoom mode provides a draggable “frame” that zooms whatever space the frame encompasses. The reviewer noted a speed increase over the default browser provided by Zodiac, as well as a host of preference menu items including the option to change the default home page, auto-complete forms and manage cookies, among others. Reviewer considered it a worthwhile expenditure.
