Despite the hefty price you have to pay, the Nikon D300 will be appreciated by the photographer bug in you. From its polycarbonate exterior to the magnesium alloy chassis, a single look and feel will tell you that this is one serious camera. The whole camera is sealed, making it water and dust proof. The camera’s 3-inch screen is bright and sharp. However, the reviewer noted that there is no in-cam image stabilizer and for that, you have to get a Nikon lens with the function. As for the image quality, the reviewer stated that it was superb and will definitely be high-class. Testing the capabilities of the camera in different settings produced images that were of vivid colors and low noise. As for the camera speed, starting up took 0.16 seconds and the D300 has a 6-frames-per-second shooting speed. The reviewer stated that battery life was strong, with a rating of 1000 shots per charge. If you are looking for superb images and a high performing camera, the Nikon D300 is the best investment you can make.
Pros:
