If you want to have a quality 802.11n router while on a budget, the reviewer recommends getting one which was formerly a high end model that has come down in terms of pricing. One such budget router is the Netgear RangeMax Next WNR834B. Setup was a breeze, requiring only a few minutes to have the upright router up and running. Providing a whopping 1000-foot coverage, you can easily cover the whole of your home. Throughput was also great, giving a strong 100 Mbps within 15 feet and still maintaining a strong 40 Mbps even at 200 feet. However, it does have some flaws as well. The reviewer stated that the WNR834B doesn’t work well with VoIP and multimedia applications. Nonetheless, given the price, the wide area range and the throughput offered by the WNR8354B, you just can’t go wrong.
