Marathon People RunPlan 2.3 Reviews

Summary of review published by Computing Unplugged — October, 2007

For some runners, the way to track down their training programs is by using a spreadsheet editor such as Excel. However, more and more applications that focus on keeping track of your training are being made available. One such program that made the reviewer excited is RunPlan. However, the excitement didn’t last long as the program didn’t perform the way the reviewer thought it should. The reviewer states that RunPlan’s Log and Plan screen don’t share information at all. It turns out, everything has to be entered twice, once in the Log and the other in the Plan screen, something which the reviewer finds unnecessary. Overall, the reviewer ends the review by saying that it would be far better to keep using Excel.
