Logitech Pure-Fi Elite Reviews

Summary of review published by PC Magazine — March, 2008

Pure-Fi Elite has lots of features, which include an AM/FM radio, sleep timer, and an iPod video out. It comes with a remote control but the remote can’t navigate the iPod menu system. As for its sound quality, the Pure-Fi Elite is excellent. It has little improvements over the previous version, though. It looks stylish enough but still it’s one big power brick. The author has one complain regarding the Pure-Fi Elite. The power button doesn’t response in one push. It took him three to four times to power the unit. Another feature that Logitech left out is an alarm clock. It has a sleep timer yet left this feature out. The reviewer still likes the Pure-Fi Elite overall performance and recommends it for anyone who is looking for a budget yet top notch speaker system for the iPod.
Pros:
-Value for money
-Excellent sound quality
-Slick design
-AM/FM tuner included
Cons:
-Looks like a power brick
-Error-prone remote and button response
-No alarm clock feature
