The L190x is the latest monitor from Lenovo's ThinkVision line, maintaining its trademark design: a razor-thin bezel and a business-black finish. The side bezels measure only 0.3 inches and provide a sleek, streamlined look. The lower bezel houses well-marked function buttons that cycle through the various on-screen display menu pages. It has a 1,280-by-1,024-resolution and can accept both DVI and analog inputs. An upstream USB cable is bundled for use with the four-port USB hub. The flexible base offers a lot of ergonomic adjustments, including tilt, swivel, and height. It also features a built-in sensor that automatically changes the image orientation when you pivot the screen. Tested using images from the DisplayMate diagnostic suite, the reviewer noted that the L190x showed an ability to display even the most subtle shades of dark gray. Colors were bright and well defined. On the other hand, pixel response is a slow 25 milliseconds, resulting in artifacts and some ghosting on fast-motion sequences. Despite a few minor quirks, the L190x is a solid contender for a business monitor.
Pros:
-comes with a fully adjustable stand
-excellent performance
-has a USB hub
Cons:
-expensive
-slow response time
