LG Muziq Reviews

Summary of review published by Laptop Magazine — March, 2008

If you are tight on a budget but would want a quality music phone, then the LG Muziq may just be the product for you. With a less than $50 tag price, the LG Muziq complements Sprints music store nicely. With its clear sound and great bass response, the reviewer stated that it’s easy to jam with the Muziq. The front of the clamshell has touch-sensitive playback controls and a quick-access button on the right side to launch the player. The ridiculously low 64Mb memory is easily upgraded with the microSD slot. However, the reviewer noticed that even at the lowest sound level, the player was awkwardly loud. Testing the phones browsing capability, it loaded CNN.com in just 11 seconds. On the other hand, video playback on the phone was pixilated, though calls were crisp on both ends. As for the battery, the reviewer stated that 2 days of listening to music and taking calls weren’t enough to warrant a recharge. If it’s a budget phone you want where you can listen, watch and stream TV, then it’s the LG Muziq you need.
Pros:
-Low price
-Clear sound with great Bass response
-Expandable memory through microSD
Cons:
-Very low internal memory (64Mb)
-Pixelated video playback
-Loud sound even at lowest level
