LG Flatron L206WU Reviews

Summary of review published by PC Magazine — February, 2008

If you think that one monitor is not enough for you, then LG has the solution you’re looking for. LG’s Flatron L206WU lets you work with two monitors without any complicated setup involved. It uses DisplayLink to render high resolution imagery by connecting it to an USB port. The reviewer finds the L206WU’s performance weak but it stands on its own as an everyday monitor. It has no problems displaying small fonts, color quality is average, but its light-gray scale is below par. The reviewer recommends this monitor to someone who wants a quick, multiple monitor setup without upgrading the video card or adding switches to your system.
Pros:
-Quick pixel response
-USB connectivity
-HDCP compliant
Cons:
-Weak light gray performance
-USB ports are not conveniently placed
-Below average vertical viewing angle
