Digital Camera's reviewer was thoroughly impressed with the Konica Minolta magicolor's photo output quality, especially given the fact that the printer is a laser. Its rotating toner cartridges help keep it small, but also make it rather loud. The user manual is minimal, but the CD Reference Guide provides detailed information. Since it's a laser printer, the paper stock makes no difference to the image quality, and prints are fast. Printing directly from the camera is less impressive, since the currently available software doesn't allow for easy identification of such prints nor is it particularly quick. Finally, do not attempt to reinsert a toner cartridge after removing it. The printer won't accept it, and you'll be stuck having to purchase a new one.
