HP PSC 1510 Reviews

Summary of review published by Digital Camera Magazine — December, 2005 (page 25)

The reviewer had some initial difficulty inserting the ink cartridges into the printer. He also encountered software installation problems, since the installation disk had limited options - all of them requiring the user to install several programs they don’t necessarily need. However, a lot of flexibility is offered to the user before printing, where you can easily remove red-eye effects, change the brightness of the picture, etc. Also, the results of prints and scans were amazing. As a copier, it produces prints of moderate quality. The reviewer recommends using the PSC 1510 without the bundled software, if you want to have more control.
Pros:
-Inexpensive
-All-in-one (scanner/printer/copier)
-PictBridge port
-Outstanding scan quality
Cons:
-Macintosh driver installer not included
-The installer gives limited, complex options
