Fujitsu LifeBook U810 Reviews

Summary of review published by PC Magazine — January, 2008

Fujitsu LifeBook U810 is a handheld PC that converts into a tablet that’s about the size of your palm. It looks like a miniature laptop but its monitor can flip 180 degrees. Its 5.6 inch monitor can result into eyestrain when trying to read text. Its keyboard is 60% that of a laptop keyboard but surprisingly easy to use. Though it has more features than the rest of ultra mobile PCs in the market, it doesn’t have cellular broadband. LifeBook U810 is the first UMPC Fujitsu has launched in the US. It is considerably cheaper than its competition. Its performance is adequate for business functions.
Pros:
-Converts into a tablet
-CF and SD card slots
-Lightweight
-Nice processing performance
-Longer than average battery life

Cons:
-Doesn’t have cellular broadband
-Bulky in size
