Dremel Cordless Stylus Reviews

Summary of review published by Computing Unplugged — March, 2007

The Dremel Stylus is a very convenient tool that’s amazing to use, mostly because it’s cordless. This feature alone makes the Stylus easier to handle and pick up, making it an instant choice for most projects. The tool has a variable 5,000 - 25,000 RPM speed, but the reviewer claims that it needs a bit more power. Just like a PDA, the stylus comes with its own docking cradle for charging. The battery is a Lithium Ion battery, so user’s won’t experience the “memory effect” that they experience with Nickel Cadmium batteries, which was common in older devices. The device can also hold a charge for up to two years. The size of the Cordless Stylus is perfect for very intricate work. Overall, the reviewer says that in his experience with Dremel tools, the Cordless Stylus was the handiest of them all.
