Dell Inspiron 1525 Reviews

Summary of review published by PC Magazine — April, 2008

Inspiron 1525 is half a pound lighter and 25% smaller than its predecessor, the 1520 â€" a good thing for people who want mobility. It comes with a HDMI port so that you can hook it up to a bigger display. The 1525 has a built-in 2.0 megapixel camera on top of the screen, 4 USB ports, and a FireWire port for your peripherals. If you’re on the go, the 1525 is compatible with Verizon, Sprint and AT&T WWAN. One disadvantage of being so small is that it comes with an integrated graphics card and will not accept higher graphics card upgrades. For its features, the author finds that the 1525 will suit mobile consumers and deskbound home-theater enthusiast alike.
Pros:
-Thinner than previous version
-HDMI port
-Long battery life
-WWAN available
-Inexpensive
Cons:
-Doesn’t come with dedicated graphics card
