Bose Computer MusicMonitor Reviews

Summary of review published by PC Magazine — April, 2008

Bose’s Computer MusicMonitor is may be very small, but it’s also very expensive. This desktop speaker set boasts of producing sound with the highest audio accuracy. The MusicMonitor was designed for rooms that don’t have enough space for a subwoofer. Measuring only 5 by 2.5 inches, the speakers are angled upward for easy desktop listening. It comes with a remote that can control the volume and turn the speaker power on and off. The reviewer observed that it does deliver clear mid and high frequency ranges, but not on the low end â€" something that is clearly due to the lack of a subwoofer. For the reviewer, there are better speaker systems in the $400 price range than Bose Computer MusicMonitor.
Pros:
-Clear mid and high frequencies
-Made for desktop use
-Modern design
-Powerful output
Cons:
-Expensive
-Little low end presence
-Remote is bar
