Avaya Quick Edition/Netgear VoIP Reviews
Summary of review published by PC Magazine — February, 2008
IP PBXs may be cheaper than previous phone systems but they're far from being simpler than ever. Compared with Microsoft Response Point and RingCentral DigitalLine VoIP service, the author found out that the Avaya Quick Edition/Netgear Voice over IP (VoIP) Solution has the advantage of being scaled as large as you like, as long as your company has the budget for it. The bundle comes with documentations but you’ll still need an expert to configure it for you. Not to mention the need of a skilled technician to help you maintain the network. The phones included in the bundle do deliver good call quality. The reviewer thinks that Avaya Quick Edition/Netgear Voice over IP (VoIP) Solution offers the solid long-term phone investment for small businesses expecting to become medium-size businesses but it is a little pricey that other VoIP bundles.
