The Tilt owes its name to its unique design: the screen slides back to expose the QWERTY keyboard and then tilts up for a more comfortable viewing angle. However, there’s more to this phone than clever good looks. It’s probably one of the most connected mobile devices in the world. The Tilt boasts of having the following features: Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, Tri-band UMTS/HSDPA (3G/3.5G high speed data), Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.0, GPS and USB. Even more impressive is the extended battery life. The Tilt’s built in GPS receiver comes with a trial version of TeleNav GPS software. The reviewer was disappointed that some of the programs pre-loaded on the Tilt were merely demo versions. But overall, the Tilt proved to be very stable.
