Lift it up and you’ll immediately see the palmrest that’s overlaid with premium brown leather, giving it a very classy appeal. The keyboard is spacious and comfortable and the touchpad is sized just right. It has the usual ports you’d need including HDMI, eSATA, an 8-in-1 memory card reader and ExpressCard slot. The 12.1-inch glossy display provided crisp and bright images, as well as excellent viewing angles. Performance-wise, benchmark scores are above the category average. While it’s branded as a business notebook, the reviewer noted that the U6V has some graphics muscle, making it suitable for light gaming.
